The Kiss Ranch Resort event venue and accommodation are operated by ELFA Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (ELFA Kft.). The website presents the venue and accommodation options. Specific services, availability and individual conditions must be set out in the offer and agreement.

Enquiries and reservations

The website form is for non-binding enquiries only. Submitting it is not a reservation, an order or a contract. The operator may send an individual offer; booking and contract terms are set out in that offer and any subsequent agreement.

Prices and payment

The individual offer sets out the event or accommodation price, any deposit, payment schedule, taxes and additional services. No payment is made through this website.

Changes and cancellations

Any date-change, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the individual offer and agreement for the relevant service. Sending an enquiry alone creates no cancellation obligation.

Written consumer complaints are generally answered in writing within 30 days. If a complaint is rejected, the reply will explain the available avenues of redress. Consumers may refer to the official list of Hungarian conciliation boards, including the Pest County Conciliation Board, for consumer disputes.
