Enquiries
The enquiry form requires your name, email address and selection of an event type. The preferred date, guest count and message are optional. We use these details to respond and prepare an individual offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). An enquiry cannot be sent without the required details. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted from the admin system 30 days after being marked “Closed”. If a contract is concluded, separate information and applicable retention rules govern the related data.
Backups
The admin database is backed up daily to private storage only. Backups are retained for no more than 7 days and then automatically deleted. Data removed from the live admin system after the 30-day period may therefore remain in a recovery backup for up to 7 additional days.
Consumer complaints
Formal consumer complaints are handled separately from enquiries. Under Hungarian consumer-protection rules, we keep the complaint or its written record and a copy of our response for three years, after which they are deleted.
Hosting and external resources
The website and admin system are hosted by Rackhost Zrt. Fonts and all other files are served from our own hosting; the website loads no content from third-party providers, so your IP address is not passed to third parties when you open it.
Local preferences
The website stores the selected language and day/night view in the browser’s local storage. It includes no analytics or advertising tracker. If one is added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated.
Your rights
You may contact the controller at the email addresses above to request access and a copy, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may exercise data portability and object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or seek a judicial remedy.
